Tonight our Olympia Food Co-op will have their member forum at the Olympia Center in regards to their decision to boycott some Israeli products. For details see the events listing on our calendar. On their blog, the Co-op has been posting some ground rules that are worth reading, if you’re considering attending. Especially the prioritizing of members-first seating, which seems fair.

Intercity Transit is rolling out new buses in the Olympia area. And those busses are awesome!
The South Sound region’s first biodiesel, electric buses will begin operation this month. Intercity Transit, the public transportation agency in Thurston County, will roll out the first of its six “green” vehicles later this week.
